What is the Amerguard Returns policy?

All items sold on Amerguard are covered as below:

Goods replacement Guarantee Yes, entitle for one on one exchange with manufacture defects.

Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.


Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
  • Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
  • Include printed Return Form and Amerguard Tax Invoice in each return package box
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
  •  Photos may be requested to support the assessment of your claim.


For what reasons can I return an item?

One on one exchange with manufacture defects.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.


Can I return an item after the return policy coverage days?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days.


How do I track my return status?

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item.

This quality evaluation process may take up to 2 - 3 business days.

Kindly have your returns shipped to the following address:

Do I have to pay shipping to return my items?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be free.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 2: Wait for Amerguard customer service reply & confirmation on product return

Step 3: Ship the damage product to the address at top under “where to return”

Step 4: Email Amerguard to track on product return status

Step 5: Customer will receive the return product within 5 working days
